Any timesheets received after the 12:00p.m deadline will be held until the following week for processing.
STATUTORY HOLIDAY TIMESHEET INSTRUCTIONS:
If you do not work on the day of the designated statutory holiday, please leave that day blank on your timesheet. Statutory holidays are calculated separately from regular hours.
If you do work on the day of the designated statutory holiday, please enter your hours worked in the overtime (OT) column on your timesheet considering you have proper authorization for working the stat.
*If for any reason beyond your control you cannot get your signed timesheet emailed by the deadline*. Please contact us right away with your total hours worked during either of these weeks with your corresponding timesheet to follow.
December 26, 2019 (Boxing Day) is not a designated statutory holiday in Quebec and is therefore not subject to statutory holiday pay.
