• University Degree or College Diploma
• Experience providing strategic direction and oversight for Information Management/Information Technology to public sector organizations at Executive Level
• Experience leading teams in the design and development of complex Information Management/Information Technology solutions
• Experience at the Executive level in developing a broad range of processes, policies or directives in an Information Management/Information Technology environment
• Experience providing strategic advice related to complex Information Management/Information Technology to senior public officials, defined as Director General, Assistant Deputy Minister or equivalent
