The Project Coordinator Level 3 must have:

-    a minimum ten (10) years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an IM/IT environment;

-   SECRET security clearance;

-   experience as a project coordinator, assisting application development project teams, including project managers, technical resources, business clients and project staff ;

- coordinating a minimum of three  Information Technology projects and/or sub projects simultaneously;

-   experience planning meetings, documenting meeting minutes, records of decision and action items for team distribution and storing them in an approved repository;

- be fluently bilingual in English and French
